CWR candidates who choose the proctored hard-copy format must submit the name and contact information of the individual they would like to serve as proctor for approval. Potential proctors must not be related to the candidate, or have a vested interest in the candidate's results. For a list of acceptable proctors, please see the CWR Applicant's Handbook at
